At F13 Happenings, we strive to deliver outstanding experiences. In the event of cancellation or disputes, please refer to our refund policy:
Ticket Refunds
- Tickets are generally non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by F13 Happenings.
- In the case of a cancellation, full refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Event Postponement
- If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new date.
- No refunds will be issued for date changes unless otherwise stated.
No-Show Policy
Refunds will not be provided for attendees who fail to attend the event without prior notice.
